The My San Dimas app provides quicker, more transparent customer service. Residents can request services or report concerns from a desktop computer or through the My San Dimas mobile app, available in all app stores.

From Desktop:
Go to https://sandimasca.gov and click the "Report a Concern!" button in the top right.

In the App:
Download the app and select "Start Request" to submit a concern or service request.
