Notice Request for Bids

The City of San Dimas is issuing a Request for Bids (RFB) for the City Hall Pitched Roof Replacement project, which consists of removing and replacement of the concrete tile, underlayment membranes, flashings and structural repairs to the identified areas of the roof.  To view the RFB document please click HERE.

All questions or comments regarding this project shall be submitted via email to Daniel Ford  dford@sandimasca.gov and shall be received by 4:00 PM April 7, 2025.  

Mandatory pre-bid meeting for this project at City Hall, 245 E Bonita Ave, San Dimas, is on Thursday April 3, 2025 at 11:00 am.  Only bids from attendees at the mandatory meeting will be considered. 

Bids must be received on or before Tuesday, April 15, 2024 at 2:00 PM
