Since its incorporation in 1960, the unprecedented growth of San Dimas has transformed the City from an essentially rural area to a well-balanced community offering industrial, commercial, and residential living. In addition to the 1,700 acre Frank G. Bonelli Recreational Area which lies within the City boundaries, there are many parks such as San Dimas Canyon Park, a city-owned golf course (San Dimas Canyon Golf Club), and over 27 miles of equestrian trails for riding. The city services include an extensive recreational program for youth and for senior citizens, and the City boasts a new modern City Hall, with excellent provisions made for County Sheriff and Fire Departments, along with a fine Los Angeles County Library and Engineering Regional Office.

Slow Pitch Softball
Administered by the City of San Dimas and Major League Softball, Inc
San Dimas is a “Full Service MLS program” utilizing Major League Softball’s computerized scoring services with instant game and cumulative statistics, SCMAF Certified Officials, individual awards packages for 1st Place and 2nd-Place finishers, optional awards for League Leaders, and Web Hosting Services all included in the Registration Fee! This program runs 3 seasons per year.
League Play Available:
Spring (Feb-Apr), Summer (May-Aug), Fall (Sep-Dec)
- Thursday: Coed Slowpitch
- Sunday evening: Men’s Slowpitch
Weeknight Game Times: 6:30 ~ 7:35 ~ 8:40 PM
Sunday game Times: 5:30 ~ 6:35 ~ 7:40 PM

League Play is scheduled at San Dimas Sportsplex (NW & SW Fields)
Resident and Returning teams will have priority and special consideration only until the registration deadline
