How to Participate in City Council Meetings
Regularly scheduled City Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at San Dimas City Hall Council Chambers, 245 East Bonita Avenue.

In Person: Upon arrival, please locate and complete a speaker card. Provide the speaker card to the City Clerk and take a seat in the audience area. Your name will be called when it is your turn to speak.
Remote: Click on the Zoom link on the posted agenda.
Time Allotted for Speaking: Speaker time is subject to change by the Presiding Officer or City Council. Individuals using interpretation services will be allotted twice the time otherwise provided. The time allotted for each speaker is generally 3 minutes, except for public hearing items.

- Enter the meeting ID number.
- When prompted for a Participant ID, press #
- Press *9 on your phone to “raise your hand” when the Mayor calls for public comment.
- It will be your turn to speak when the City Clerk calls on you. Press *6 to unmute yourself. The timer will then be set.
- Your microphone and camera must be on at all times.
- When your phone number has been identified press *6 to unmute yourself. The timer will then be set.
