Election Results

In 2021, the San Dimas City Council elections transitioned from at-large voting to district-based voting. The City has divided into four districts and only the voters in a district decide who will represent that district. Voters will elect Councilmembers to represent Districts 1 and 3 during the March 5, 2024, General Municipal Election. Voters will also elect a Mayor who will be elected at-large. Currently, Councilmembers receive a salary of $12,648.00 annually. The Mayor receives a salary of $15,648.00 annually.


March 5, 2024 Preliminary Election Results

The 1st semi-official results of Vote By Mail ballots cast before Election Day are scheduled to be reported at approximately 8:30-8:45 PM on February 5, 2024. Second reporting results will 8:45-9:00 for Vote Center ballots cast before Election Day.
